If your computer has all the Microsoft updates and your av definitions are up to date, you will be fine. I do IT work and we have 4 servers and 30 work stations and didn't see any issues here.

The company my wife works at had some av pop ups catching some stuff, but they are idiots over there, and I doubt that they even run updates.
