Sasha, John Digweed, Dave Seaman, Nick Warren, Hernan Cataneo, Danny Howells and Satoshi Tomiie.
Perhaps the Global Underground series in general.

I presume you prefer vocals in your music?
...
Just remembered, Tom Middleton as well, he does some serious shit hot remixes, listen to these 2. One's a large Bedrock remix the other a down tempo Lamb Remix. (You'd probably like Lamb, namely the tunes Goreki, Gabriel, Stronger... but everything they do is shit hot.)

For the most part I hate commercial dance like Digweed, Oakenfold, Sasha, etc. It's so uninspiring, same pads and boring progressions that they've been doing forever. I'm not a big fan of vocal house. Cheesy pianos and diva vocals curl my toes.
Middleton can be awesome though. He goes by The Cosmos as well (amongst others) and some of that is very good. Also, the old Jedi Knights stuff which he was half of is the bomb. Proper electro breaks acid style of a superb quality.
Lamb and their remixes are fantastic. My favorite would be the garage MJ Cole mix of Gabriel which I heard for the first time on an Audio Bullys mix. Loved it so much I found a white label of it on ebay, but contacted the band at the same time and they sent me a copy too, for free, which was awfully nice of them... so I have two of these on vinyl.
Sound quality is a bit bunk on both the recordings on Youtube that I could find, this is the better of the two... baseline kicks in at 1:30 and if it doesn't move you then you are dead to the world.

I absolutely love deep/funky/jackin' house with minimal tripped out vocals and interesting hooks/melodies and unorthodox baselines. Seriously, you are missing out if you don't try some of the sets I linked to above...
Also try
LAWNCHAIR GENERALS and download their monthly promo mixes.
You can also try
www.fishgodeep.com and download their weekly podcasts and weekly radio shows.
There's some absolutely brilliant stuff on
Proton Radio. Look for Jimpster's sets and his Freerange podcasts.
If you go to
LiveSets.com - Electronic Music Community and sign up for their forum you can get to links people post of literally thousands of weekly radio shows and recorded DJ sets in all genres.

As I mentioned previously,
www.beatport.com is THE best source for elctronic/urban music. Just about everyone that is anyone is on there. Also a favorite is
damnnoisy.com - MP3 Download Store. It's home to the likes of Kinky Movement, Inland Knights, Da Sunlounge, Wattie Green, LCG, etc. I said before I don't like vocal house, but this is pretty damn good, especially the LCG mix...
damnnoisy.com - MP3 Download - 1.89 / Winding Rhodes EP by Dave Miller feat. Kelly Hayden on Motion Music
Last but not least, if you aren't adverse to downloading less than legal music,
