If anyone remembers, I used to own PRunderground.com and sold it for $10k a few years ago. It was pretty much the exact same setup as this:

I'm not going to spend a lot of time talking about it. It's a google news source, which means anything that gets posted to the site gets picked up in google news. You either understand how this can benefit you, or you don't, but I'm not going to go into detail for $200.
I'm just looking to get rid of it because I'm never going to have the time to work on it. First person to claim it, gets it, but if you don't pay within 24 hours it'll go to someone else.
I'll include a manual I wrote for PRunderground that details almost everything, since the sites are pretty much the same in the backend (wordpress based).
