I used them in the past. My sites were down with WiredTree more than any other host that I have ever used.

I've recently moved form WiredTree to Liquidweb thanks to suggestions of a lot of users here. I hot the hybrid for $45/mo for two months thanks to a coupon. Their service is OK, but I don't like to mail them every time there's a problem with my server
im with their top hybrid and im allright but many people here indeed speak of liquidweb over WT.

i am using wiredtree for around 2 yrs now. Happy so far. They had a special sale on Web hosting talk and I got a good deal on a 1GB RAM vps. And recently they gave a free upgrade to 1.5GB RAM and extra disk space.
They had quiet some ddos incidents sometime before. Other than that I don' remember any major down time with my sites, mail etc.
The support responds fairly quick (around 15 mins most of the time and never above 1 hrs) and are very knowledgable. And the proactive managed service is something I feel very comfortable.

I moved to WiredTree a couple weeks ago from an idiot host that couldn't run a hamster wheel
I've found WT to be very on top of issues and resolved quickly. About 90% of the sites I host are WordPress. I don't have a vps there but they have a great support team there.

Have some dedicated and hybrid boxes at Wired Tree for a few years.
No problems. Never had support take more than 10 minutes to respond to a ticket. Or I can just call them if 10 minutes is too long. Staff is knowledgeable and proactive.

Yeah, same here... Has been down quite a bit but this past week has been ok. They do not offer DDOS mitigation services, but helped get my site back up fast when it recently happened.
