Anyone here into fitness? P90X? Insanity?

If you want to lose weight you need a calorie deficit.
To improve your ability to do pullups I'd advise going to exrx to educate yourself on what weaknesses (muscles) are keeping you from reaching your goal.
 


You want to lose weight? EAT LESS, RUN and do a bit of weight training.
Want to put on size? EAT a lot of good food and lift HEAVY weights.

Simple really, forget about all the shortcut programs, there is no shortcuts.

They are all made for pussies that want quick results without breaking a sweat. Doesn't work like that.

These are just marketing gimmicks, I think I'm going to make one of my own sometime next year. I went from overweight to ripped, but the photos don't mention muscle memory. lol
