but i would stay away from sleeping pills and even Melatonin, tried that myself before and it lowers energy for me in the morning what little is left. and soon i started using it if i was bored during the day i just took a lot and slept till the morning. it's not a long term solution
but i assume not everyone will abuse it ehe, but Melatonin is no sleeping pill so it's probably the best thing to try if you want a sleeping effect without going for heavier stuff, it's a natural synthesized hormone
