The best thing to cure social anxiety is to hire one of those girls you see in the paper. Have her tie you up and punch you the nuts. I know it sounds crazy, but it works 100% of the time. Just don't leave 20k in cash laying around, because her and a guy will take it.

That's your problem, you actually believe the shit your confessing and are welcoming these problems into your life. Tell yourself everyday that your not afraid of speaking in large groups and you're not a loser. Every single day, tell yourself this shit... Record yourself saying it and play it back on repeat in your sleep everynight too... watch what happens

I know that Positive Inculcation Method. I am trying it in this week. I am waiting for results but I am losing my hopes.

My hands and voice are shaking front of people... This is like a deadly illness.
