Anyone familiar with Slow Carb diet?

This thread is so stupid.

None of you know what the fuck you are talking about, I don't either so I'm not even going to bother trying to argue with your silly fucking bullshit.

I just followed what the book says and got fucking ripped abs...

You can talk all the shit you want about Tim Ferris too, his diet worked like a fucking charm, and if I hadn't read 4 hour work week in high school I would probably be in a fucking cubicle somewhere right now stapling TPS reports.

You just lost all credibility you might have ever had.

Nope. It's not bad for you. Overconsumption is bad for you if you eat so much sugar that you're at a caloric surplus (which is true for any food). That caloric surplus can lead to obesity, which leads to diabetes. But sugar in itself is not bad, unless you have previous health issues like diabetes. There are no good calories or bad calories, despite what that cherry picking loon Taubes says.

You're wrong. Sugar wreaks havoc on your pancreas and proper insulin response, leading to all sorts of problems. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about so it's pointless to continue.
