I asked a similar question in another thread, but I want to build a local used car classifieds site. This site Get Cars Online is pretty much what I'm looking to do.

I could do the template design, but any PHP/javascript is beyond my abilities. I may just buy this site off the guy, but it looks like it could be a joomla or drupal site with some sort of module.

So, my question to you guys is do you know of any script, cms, ect that can accomplish something similar to that site?

Search around on some turnkey script sites, I remember buying one way back in the day. But I can almost guarantee thats what its running on.

check ebay, you can find one of these type of turnkey sites for dirt cheap.
