My favorite verifiable part of Religion is prophecy. Look at the false religions like Jehovah Witnesses and all their come and gone prophecies, then look at Christianity and even Islam at their records on prophecy. You can really seperate outright frauds and from those that hold their own.

The real danger of religions is that they trick people into suppressing and diverting their self-preserving animal instincts by distracting them with a "spiritual world", leaving the masses open to lies, manipulation and fraud. You have to read between the lines.

Of course increasingly this is being replaced by the government, who will handle "all good and evil" so that you should stop worry about such things and just be an obedient citizen.

Buddhism has tons of verifiable stuff regarding the mind, fear, pain and suffering.

For example, God said (supposedly, if he exist), that we (or jews?) should honor our parent so we may live longer in the promised land. (Okay, definitely jews then because the rest of us don't have promised land).

Do jews that honor their parent live longer? Are those statistically significant?

Or what about not planting seeds on the 7th year to get abundance harvest? I learn that in western countries land get nutrition out of nowhere and hence need to rest for once in a while. So it could be verifiable but not necessarily a miracle. A smarter God would ask for better irrigation system instead.
