any gamblers on wf?

I end up in the casino semi often too, since it's right around the corner. I prefer poker myself though. Instead of black and red you could bet on the 3 rows of numbers. bet on the 2 that didn't previously hit. Up your bets to counteract your loses. If you have the Bank to be able to. It is normally profitable I feel.

Sound like a great way to lose money.

holy shit there are some mother fucking retards in this thread

1) even if you play a mathematically perfect game, the best-possible expected return in roulette is 48.5%, making it the least-favorable game (for the gambler) in the casino

2) blackjack, both with-and-without card counting, is the most gambler-favorable game in the casino. even if you play a mathematically perfect game, without card counting, the best-possible expected return in blackjack is ~49.8% or so. still losing money! any money you win without card-counting is a hunch!

3) you cannot "beat the system", ever. there is no system to beat the system. you cannot "fool" an independent game of chance by shouting "LAW OF AVERAGES" at it until it takes pity on your bad-at-math ass. if you win money gambling, it is because you got lucky, and if you believe otherwise and there is a god, he will take away all the money you won and deliver it to me (because you are a stupid asshole, or maybe because i own a casino). the best strategy, no matter if you are currently winning or losing, is to immediately walk away from the table.

note: with mathematically perfect or computer-driven card counting, blackjack can yield up to 51% expected return. this is why bouncers beat you up for card counting, and casinos invest millions of dollars in algorithmically detecting it. if there was a working system of gaming the casinos, the casinos have already detected and beat-the-shit-out-of it. or else all casinos would be out of business today.
Roulette is typically one of the games with the lowest house advantages in most land-based casinos. In American roulette, the worst bet you can make is a top line bet that pays out just over 92%. Keno is typically the worst game in American land-based casinos in terms of average payout rates, but definitely has some of the worst individual bets. Some of the bets in Keno have payout rates of under 70%.

Pai gow poker, if you're particularly skilled at playing two pair hands, has a payout rate of better than 97% and has an extremely low standard deviation. This makes it particularly good for clearing bonuses when available online.

Blackjack I won't even go into because different house rules change the payout rates and the effects of different counting systems.

Won $25 yesterday.

Down $605 in total... didn't play the last 2 times.

Just the fact that you're keeping track shows that you still don't get it.

All Gambling is for fun minus poker and sports betting.

Poker - ability to calculate odds properly + practice makes perfect.
Sports betting - similar to daytrading/stocks but on a much simpler level, tons of factors involved but success based on your ability to combine these all together and formulate the most likely outcome.

What you are doing = flipping a coin and coming back here to tell us if it was heads or tails.

lol if you want to get back your money, get your hands on $10,000 and pick out a good game in the English leagues to bet on 1 goal or more. The odds are usually between 1/12 and 1/25 (bad, but that is because they are bankers if you do your homework).

As an example, in the 5 leagues last wknd 46 out of 48 games had 1 goal or more. Brighton and Brentford only lost (never big scoring games anyway). That win ratio was around 96% and you take the bet at Bet365 for best possible odds. If we take 1/16 on that $10,000 = $625 easy profit.
