Another teen suicide from bullying

Some kids rise above the bullying and go on to make something of themselves, others top themselves instead. Why the difference? Who knows.
The teenage years are fucking hellish on just about everybody and I don't think the bullies have anymore foresight than the poor kids that kill themselves. It doesn't stop at school, the hen pecking goes on in the work force but in a different manner, it's just human nature.
Sad but what can you do. Wrapping kids up in cotton wool and trying to protect them is futile. Better they learn young than grow up a softie because they didn't learn how to deal with difficult people growing up.
