Another reason to move to Florida

Self defense is one thing, but he proceeded to continue to shoot the guy after he turned away.

So what if he turned away. Somebody that has turned away can still pull a gun out and shoot you. This attacker deserved whatever consequences the moment he decided to attack and rob somebody.

People kept getting robbed at night on a bike trail in Minneapolis until one of the stupid thugs got stabbed in the chest by the guy he was trying rob and died. The libtards in the news kept saying "the guy should have just fought back" and "he didn't need to stab him" even though it was a 2 on 1 fight. The robbery victim was cleared of any charges and there has not been another robbery on that trail in more than a year since it happened.

to those pussies saying the force wasn't justified, u's damn right.

should have winged him, tied him up, taken him to the swamps and fed him to the gators, an inch at a time.

I tried that except it were something smaller, 2 Rottweilers. fun

lol at all the people posting what he "should have done". It's called 20/20 hindsight, If you weren't there when it happened you shouldn't try and judge his actions on your standards of what's right and wrong. If he felt his life was in danger enough to pull a firearm then that's how he felt... Who know's how someone will react to a violent situation until your involved in one. Everyday police empty their guns in lethal force situations and swear they only fired a few shots and they have more training than most of you watching youtube will ever acquire.

who the fuck attacks a jogger? What was he going to steal? His running shoes?

As a Tampa resident, I can say that every other person here has a gun. Pretty easy to get too.
Going to get my concealed weapons permit soon.
