Another Content Network Question

Okay please be gentle. In the content network I know that we should have around 20 or less keywords to create a theme and not super tight keywords like in the search newtwork. Let's say I am advertising a penis enlargement product. Keywords are

"enlarge my penis"
"monster penis"
"really massive cock"

etc.

But now I want to go lateral. How do I target men who are say looking at power drills? This is where I'm having trouble. How do I write an ad relevant to drills but still promoting a penis product?

Use drill product keywords. Write your ad that talks about penis. There's no quality score on Google so you won't be penalized for having a non-relevant ad like on search.

There is no quality score on the content network. Only on search..... However your ad should be targeted to the right audience if you want to convert. Dont target myspace teenagers trying to sell them insurance for example.
