After Tomorrow No More Rebills

MasterCard and Visa were meeting with a US Senate committee dealing with upsells on advertiser's websites earlier last week, but that shouldn't have had any immediate impact on rebills.

It went into effect today.

Mastercard is now charging $150.00 per rebill and this is in effect right now.. visa is gonna be implementing something similar tomorrow..

actually i stand corrected.. its a $150k fine if an advertiser continues to process rebills.. not $150 per charge.

Said it time and time again. Barack Obama killed Affiliate Marketing with Executive order 24190.

You all need to go to your nearest Home Dept and get a job.

It's over people. Now continue making Wagenheim shops.

From what I was told from a merchant processor, it mainly involves merchants rotating MIDs. So now instead of having multiple MIDs from one company, they will have to set up multiple companies to get multiple merchant accounts, and load balance that way.

our processor told us a few weeks ago the cc companies aren't fond of the low entry trials with higher rebills.... they've been getting a bazillion complaints.... and would be doing something...
