Affiliate marketing 2010 wish list

More intl offers that actually research the Market they are targeting and customize offer lps accordingly.

Local media logos, local currency for shipping costs, local location testimonials.

I see a few acai and teeth advs doing this right but some are getting it badly wrong which can only hurt cr.

we started doing that will all the LP's for international rebills, and conversions went up immediately, and not the google translate shit, gotta find a local who knows the lingo.

Going local here too. Been pulling my hair out trying to device a nice marketing strategy to fit my budget.

Actually, I recall running into a booth at Ad:Tech London that had a product to track conversions through telephone marketing. The name slips my mind, but check the attendees and you'll come across them. Definitely work being done in this area already!

I've actually worked with a few companies that have been doing this internally for some time and it's a pretty large market already. I've seen two solid methods so far, one company I've worked with brokers pay-per-call deals with leading telemarketing/continuity companies and they track advertising performance back to redirect phone numbers they have in place that connect to the advertisers so they can get CPA/ROI figures back on a subID basis. Another company that's active in the field does very similar but logs how long the call lasts and takes a CPA on calls lasting over x seconds. I haven't seen this available to the average pub yet but you have guys like RH Brands doing a tremendous amount of in-call referrals who've built a back-end for this.

some people said that affiliate is better than another internet busines...I hope in 2010...affiliate can be my new source of income :)

Thanks, CJ has just launched a new program like this, so maybe it's picking up a bit of steam. I wish more CPA networks supported this kind of tracking.

Their PayPerCall network blows... I got invited a couple weeks before they completely opened it up and had very bad experiences in it. I did a lot of test calls etc. and the tracking is horendous, stay away from CJ. Personally I think their aff network blows too lol :costumed-smiley-087

Well, that's disappointing. They haven't been very timely about approving me for PayPerCall offers either.

I'm going to bring this up at ASW, like I did at ad Tech, and annoy the networks again to get my offline tracking.

More teeth offers and more download offers and good IQ offers

Rebills in every niche. I srsly can't believe advertisers are slow on doing competitive niche specific rebills and by competitive I mean:

Pays well
Coupon code for $0.99 shipping
Nice locations of T&Cs

Rebills essentially for a lot of search traffic. Drug rehab, hair replacement, gaming rebills, every herbal keyword known to man. There's atleast 20 doable categories that haven't been explored

YES! more dload offers

RingRevenue (the platform that CJ uses) seems pretty accurate in tracking to me, based on the amount of calls that I'm paying for (pay-per-call advertising) and the amount of calls that RingRevnue reports getting. I can only assume that their time tracking is accurate, as they charge rip-off level rates to the advertisers based on how long a call lasts. Also, my test calls have always been recorded & matched time-wise. I've used both Linkshare & CJ's implementation of RingRevnue.

As for CJ's network blowing, I disagree. If you're looking for branded offers, CJ is the place to be. I've made a few hundred grand from CJ in the last few years, so maybe I'm just biased.
