Take a risk. Not sure it's something I would do-though I do something similar but without the paid blogs. However, its not much risk especially if you make the money fast.

Plus PR is irrelevant, except for the paid reviews and some paid ads I guess. There are other ways to monetize, and if not scrap the cheap domains and do something else with the content.

Serious, that is a horrible article. Why would you hype it up? Reading it is a waste of time, this strategy has been around for years, and it's been written about in much more detail in 100's of other posts.
