Sorry but why should he? If the network answers emails and AIMs from affiliates then why should someone have to try to track them down when they chose not to pay or reply to legitimate requests for information.

I am sorry but I have had very bad experiences of large networks shafting affiliates and I can tell you for one that there is NO recourse when it comes to trying to get your money if it is under $10k and are not willing to drop more than that on legal fees.

Are you aware that a network can just not pay you if an advertiser decides not to pay them for whatever reason? Are you aware that they have a clause in their terms that state that if you sue them that they can go after you for costs, so even a contingency lawyer can end up costing you money?

Running traffic through a network seems more and more pointless as you realize that they don't protect you and don't pay you at a whim and you can't do anything about it.

I for one am going to sue a "big" network that shafted me, but I have deep pockets, other people with lower budgets haven't got a chance. I'm owed only $6k but its the principal and not the money, no one screws me over!
 


And no, I am not going to out the network here as it might prejudice my case, but from what I have read over the past few weeks I am not the only one that this network is screwing over.
 
Hi thanks for your post.
To make a long story short, one of my door neighbors (I of course am their only door neighbor, empty lot on the other side of them) has many children that are the devil in it's purest form. I live in a nice family development but these rednecks work landscaping and dual-incomes so they can afford a nice place.

The husband is a wife-beater, they won't stop having kids, they have a neglected dog and just got another one, and the kids now are between 2 and 14 it looks like (4 kids I believe). One of the kids has been kicked out of elementary school already and tried to kill himself.

that this network does not deserve to be in the good reputation networks class .
 
Let's just start with this. If you have 5 posts, we honestly don't give a shit if a network has legitimately ripped you off. We don't owe you shit, and we don't care.

Now let's say you were a contributing member who speaks English and generally provides some value here. Then maybe we'd hear you out about exactly what type of traffic you ran, the circumstances under which you're not getting paid, etc. (which you haven't provided) before we would then dismiss you as a scammer.

Right now you're only helping Jared look good because as affiliates, we want networks to dump fraud traffic so that good offers stay around, pay out better rates, and make us money.

what i`m doing here is for the newbies members whom might search for the truth before falling in this Garbage network and this careless owner of this network, to knew in advance what to expect if they work with this network

now about the international members , i just want to make sure that idiot like you understood that the international member who hardly know to wrote English and work in this online field is better than you by a lot of stages , because he develop him/her self and learn foreign language ,then he learn a very new job that never heard about it before or even learn about it in the school , while you born in this I.T world and learned about it in some institute , and when you graduate and tried to fruition what you learned you failed a hundreds times before standing on you legs and began to make some cents.

Lol "we" are the people who contribute here. Registering accounts to complain that some network didn't pay, hoping to get it resolved here is asking for a handout, which is exactly what this thread was created for. If you spent any time here you'd know these threads aren't well received if there's not a pretty fucking good explanation.

I don't care if you're a one armed mute typing on a keyboard made of coconuts or a cyborg typing on an ipad. If what you're typing is worthless then fuck off.
