For sure US people somehow like to think everyone is scummer just not them, but just by looking of non-payment issues for a lot of section of this forum it's clearly untrue.
In Singapore there it seems no question law to jail forever or even to death for corruption, unlike in America where you can buy good lawyer and continue your shit, not much difference with 3rd world frankly to say.
