Get a PC like everyone else and stop trying to make people think you're creative....
I did fire up Parallels, installed it thru Internet Explorer, but AdCenter Desktop will NOT login... says "cannot connect to server".
I had this exact same issue on Vista x64 SP1. Running the app on Vista x86 SP1 in a VM allowed me to connect. Not sure what that's about - my adCenter rep told me to "check my firewall". I think your best bet is a Bootcamp install of 32-bit Vista.
Is anyone else finding this tool amazingly slow? It is constantly using up 100% of my CPU.
