As for aging actors I always though Andy Garcia was a great actor, maybe Dennis quaid in there..

and for 20' somethings I think Elijah Wood can act and definantly keep an eye on J. Gordon-Levitt, for low budget movies I thought Brick and The Lookout were both good.
