They come up in pretty much every single search result and they have been around for ages. The site pretty much runs by itself with all the writers they have pumping new content for them daily. There are so many ways to monetize this site it's not even funny.
I'm actually surprised it was only worth 300m, considering a tool like Instagram gets sold for 1b.
Instagram doesn't depend on a third party. Algo changes can really screw over a content farm.
