I'm gonna have to call shenanigans on that. First, it's the Daily Mail. Second, it says 4% of inmates were sexually assaulted - that seems high, but even if it were 4% that would mean there would have to be over 5 million people in prison in the US, which there isn't.

What I don't get is the other guy who got his face shot off by Hernandez didn't want to file charges because of suspected gang retaliation.

But the jury who sent him to prison is fine with doing TV specials and showing their faces?
