A WF member bought my product in WF and shared at BlackHatWorld

I did biz with that dude only once. That was enough. He was a shady fuck.
BTW whats with the racism against indians? Simply Pathetic!

Since when did WF become so concerned with what's politically correct. It's okay to bash Christians / Jews/ Muslims / any religion every other day in STS, but say something about a retarded Indian and omg omg it's teh end of the world!@# You act like this talk is something new for wickedfire.

Barbra Streisand effect... having a cry about it has probably done your list business more harm than good because you just let everyone know where to get your product for free.

Anyone selling an information product should just accept it's going to be copied/shared and should price that into the cost of their product.

If your only business model is to sell a list of URL's then you have much bigger problems. Let's not ignore the fact that many of the people who think this is wrong reuse content such as images without permission on a daily basis, download copied music to listen to while working and I bet not one of you have a legit copy of photoshop.

He shared a list of URL's? Cry me a fucking river.

Thanks for that simplistic lesson in business models.

Since you are very new here, follow rule number 1: Do not Fuck with Anybody's business. Kindly adhere to that, or fuck off back to WAFO.

Considering there is more than just 1 of his products over at BHW, I very much doubt that

its doubtful the next one gets posted there

It happens and will continue to happen and there is very little you can do about it. If you're going to sell lists, I think it's just something you have to accept. Either adapt and offer extra value the pirates can't or find a different revenue stream that isn't so prone to piracy.

Quite literally taking money out of another man's pocket, possibly food out of his children's mouths, and tarnishing his business is unforgivable. We are all here because we are building business. Ruining another man's business for some digital e-reputation on a forum is ridiculous. That's extremely selfish, if not sociopathy.

Ban was the only appropriate response. Thank you, moderators.

You would have thought the Free Market could have sorted this problem out, without the intervention.

Considering there is more than just 1 of his products over at BHW, I very much doubt that

except they are all from the same guy

why would you buy a list to give away and kill the value of it? Most wf lists do not make it over to bhw

Wouldn't the market response be that the offender wouldn't have anybody that wanted to conduct business with him going forward?
That is going to happen.

Mod banning seems somewhat "regulatory" to me.
Why shouldn't WF also not be able to choose not to do business with him?

The mods are Jon's agents, almost like property managers for WF. They are allowed to keep riff raff out, and apply any community standards to their best judgment.

Wickedfire is not a commons. Jon could toss us all out tomorrow, and he would be entirely in his rights to do so. Ownership has it's privileges.

This is a tragedy, I know this member did a lot of business here and provided a quality service to many. I'm flabbergasted at the stunt he's pulled.

But WF is a quality community because of the no-BS no-scumbag filter we put on all members. Unfortunately this guy slapped himself into scumbag territory. With that said, justice is served.

When your response takes up more space than your banner I might take you seriously but I'm guessing you have not heard that term before.

Just for the record, I'm not advocating his behaviour but lets get real, this is pretty common. Much better to send a mod a PM and have it dealt with privately instead of broadcasting the exact place to get your stuff for free. The people copying your stuff were probably never going to buy it in the first place but now some potential buyers probably won't either.

Who the fuck are you? Lol nubs. You're just a tadpole bro, maybe one day when you've done your time here and given something back to the community then you can talk a bit of junk.

This should not have been handled privately. The guy did some business, had a good trust factor and turned out to be a tool. He should be crushed in the worst possible way.
