iMac is $1200. Windows 7 is $500. Now you get an iMac at no extra costs.

Where do you think I can help sell his service?

There's tons of vmware OSX images all over the internet. Not very hard to install yourself.
 
Be sure to plan a litigation budget for your life sucking lawsuit with Apple. I think they only have 300 lawyers on staff so you should have no problem beating them in court.

OS X86 has been around for years and the installs that are available today are SUPER easy to do compared to back in 2007.

Not that I am looking to go to court with Apple but if they ever were to sue me for anything I would put on my best suit and shit eating grin.
 
Actually that's one of the consideration. Another is someone in US already tried that. Basically the argument is that breaking EULA doesn't mean breaking copyright. Using copyright laws to enforce "legitimate" competition is a "misuse" of copyright law.

So it's still grey area. More and more people think that this is not a crime.

Wow your friend has found a "super niche". I would invest at least $10,000 on a media buy for this service. Many people who can't read blogs like this but know what vmware is will be willing to buy your friends services. I can probably help yo get started by looking that Steve Job's last remaining words prior to kicking the bucket.
