How is this guy a Pr6? Can anyone help analyze?

I mean, he only has like 3 backlinks, little to no traffic.... His domain is only like 3 months old...

It can't be his internal linking structure, because it looks like any other site...

Um.... Did I miss something?

The only other thing he can be doing is 301 redirect.
 


Well first of all what site? Plus PR is somewhat important but soooo easy to get. There are so many black hat ways to get easy PR 6+. If you are in the market to buy a site there are many other factors than PR.
 
I'm seeing 55 links... the PR from the links alone don't seem to add up. My guess would be that he 301'd an old domain with PR to that site. That site actually pulls some decent rankings too... not too shabby for a 4 month old site.
 
I got the same number as alrightpeter. It probably depends on what you use to check links. I use yahoo site explorer. I am showing 33 links discounting the ones from the same domain. Most of his links are to PR 2&3 forums and a couple to PR 4 homepages. THat aside I think it has a pretty good domain name though. It would be pretty easy to market and get type in's
