Are these on multiple subnets?
Yes! Currently we have 8 different subnets. At the moment, we only have
two servers (both in California) available, but within the next few weeks we will be
growing to more cities. You can reallocate your proxies at the end of every
month -- all you have to do is ask. Our system will give you the most diverse
IP addresses available.

How does authentication work?
Authentication is username/password based. No need for the hassle of IP
based authentication.

Do these work with Scrapebox?
Yes, absolutely! They are great for Scrapebox.

Any restrictions?
Nope. All websites work, including GMail, Yahoo! mail, etc. Mailing ports are blocked, though.

How can I pay?
Currently we only accept PayPal. Expect credit card support in the coming weeks.

What type of proxies are these?
HTTP/HTTPs proxies.

How long is setup time?

Interested in purchasing the private proxies, and I'm new to proxies. If I buy 20, do I get access to 20 IP's that I can use for whatever? I'm basically looking for 20~ proxies with IP addresses that I can use for whatever? Sorry, I'm new to this. Thanks for any response.
 
Yep, that's pretty much how it works. You get 20 IP addresses and a username and password for each. You can use them for whatever (HTTP only - i.e. no emailing programs).

say a program needs to use the IP's as a protocol... (i just type in the list of proxies and i'm good to go) that work or not?

When you signup you will get a list of proxies where each line is an IP address, port, username, and password.

Yes, you purchase a monthly plan - the proxies are not yours forever. You rent them. This is the industry standard, and it is the result of servers and hosting being priced on a monthly basis. However, you will be hard pressed to find another provider offering a cheaper monthly price, especially for a quantity as low as 20 proxies.

can I cancel after 1 month, or do I have to subscribe for longer? how long is the subscription period?

It's pretty quick, I don't have exact numbers. But it is on a 100mbps line and ping times are usually 70-80ms.
 
Have just placed my first order with you.

All looking good so far, the only comment would be bigger class' variety.

Speed looking good too...
