I bought the 20 private proxy pack last week and so far I really like them. They are very fast and obviously affordable. I'm always testing the proxies in sp for speed and for the most part it is always under 800 ms. Will definitely come back here when I need more!
Thanks guys. We'll be getting a new server in a new location within the week. When it deploys, I'm going to reallocate all current clients' IP addresses so that they have the most diverse proxies available.
