7search literally just deleted every single one of my keywords. Im using a php script which uses the jump?keyword=###KEYWORD###

It said all my keywords are irrelevant. I've gotten emails like this before, but never ones which deleted EVERY SINGLE ONE of my keywords! Has this happened to any of you before? What should I do?

Same here, couple weeks ago. Take their e-mail, copy all of the deleted keywords and reupload.

I e-mailed them asking them to restore them and never heard back.

Normally if I get this it is for a keyword or 2. My first site I ever set up they did go through and delete 6000 out of 10000 keywords. My keywords are much more properly targeted now though.

What kind of site / landing page is it?

lol what a buncha idiots

i'm done wasting my time with them
for 3 visitors a day per niche go through so much headache lol... maybe not

I guess while this topic has some eyeballs, I should ask how you guys have your 7search accounts setup for arbitrage? I know some people here have one account for every campaign. It seems like this would be the way to go when shit like this happens so you can easily upload the keywords for that one campaign when keywords are wiped out. Especially if you can get 10k keywords per campaign with something like WordZe or Keyword Country.

7search's great arbitrage crackdown of 2007 has begun ... a 7search spokesman has confirmed that wickedfire's chrislingle has inspired hundreds of wannabees to develop tens of thousands of crap internet pages fueled by tens of millions of keywords turning the internet worseless for use by the average user. "this has basically ruined our business - who is going to buy our traffic after these kids get sick of arbitrage?" he asks.

Us: "hey 7search, here's some money, let's make more money!"
7search: "Nonononono, no making money. You stupid idiots ruin our lifes by giving us more money!!! Bad bad internet money makers! Our traffic is too good for for you!"

Hm, they deleted a lot of my keywords, even those that were related to my site.

And they also lowered the limit to a ridiculous 2,000?!

I haven't checked properly, only glanced, but by lowering your keyword limit to 2,000 from their stated 10,000 could be breaking their own TOS. If you read their rules & guidelines it seems the case.

Who cares if they break their own terms of service? You don't have any recourse if they decide to allow you only 2000 keywords.

Since they deleted my keywords, and since I re-added them last night, my revenue is up twice as much. Coincidence...

No one is using 7search as a "real" search anyway. They're going to "crackdown" on arbitrage. Then they'll be like, "hey, where'd all the money go." Then in a couple months someone will start 8 accounts bid on all the keywords (They are all at .01 now obv, obv.) and make $2. Because all the affiliates dropped them.

Seriously, if Adwords said, "Hey...no bidding on keywords that would make you money." Adsense wouldn't be such a good deal.

I just sent 7search an email thanking them because my CPC has dropped 50%
since the went hard. :)

I was feed up with them after last month...but I ended up dumping some more cash back into 7search this week and I'm glad I did.

I don't think it's the arbitrage that has 'em going it's all the shit that is a result of it.

Instead of a one page wonder...try making it somewhat of a site, try mabye...3 pages. :p

just called them to verify my newest user id - looks like they have lowered the KW limit to 4k words now. The person I spoke to says that they will be changing the limit down to 1k per account- wtf??- and that each person will not be allowed multiple accounts.

Can you say out of business? that is what they will be soon - who the fuck do they think they are that they can bite the hand that feeds them? google?

they told me that they will begin shutting down accounts and sites shortly - and that we will be emailed prior to changes in our accounts. my sites are all original content, they are not even scrapped - so if this affects me I am sure that this is going to change things for everyone using auto gen content!

he read a list of things that will not be allowed anymore - the one that popped out to me was 'contextual advertising from google and yahoo'... was he serious?

looks like i won't be adding any more cash to my 7search account - i was spending a good amount with them as well. hope the fuckers go out of business soon- that is poor planning on their part!
