Why do you continue to post the details of what people are ordering in your thread? If they want us to know what they are ordering, they will describe the details in a service review. I will not order from you now because I am afraid you will post private details about my order on a public forum.

I admit that "receive" should have been "sent". It was a mistake and it was clear that I had not re-read the message I would have to send.
Just to clarify it, I am asking for payment for the articles that I had provided to you. I apologize for not being able to compose a message that could not be deduced so easily. Again, what I am asking is for the payment for the 2 articles I had rendered.
I believe I had been polite to all my solicitations.

You should have sent me a mail and have clarified it. Regarding the quality of the article, I have no doubt that I had provided what you have asked. I would not post any personal communication that was sent through our business mails -- as, from what I had deduced from your messages, it would be wrong to do so.
We had been constantly asking for feedback and, in fact, your notes on what you really wanted. In spite of our constant mails, we have received no feedback from you.
We had communicated you with our revision policy and have not asked for payment until, as we had said, you had been satisfied with our work. The general article was as you said "excellent" but the product review requires revision. We had asked on how we could improve the article and had done so according to what we believe would meet your expectations.
