@ miketpoweel: I was thinking the same.... I've seen a few banners to those porn star blogs and taught about making one. I think Im going with this idea and will let you guys know how it goes.

@ affiliatearmy: tried those before. wishing.com and a bunch of herbal products. they did not convert with my traffic. I even tried the stripper walpapers and they only converted to one sale (less than $10 bucks)

@ webmoney: seems like a good idea too. I have some doubts though. the site seems a bit amateur.... But will make some research and see what happens.

one thing for sure. if I dont convert my traffic soon I'll be selling my site/traffic.

did you think about contextual popups?
Ad Formats check these guys out, theyre the pr0n section of clicksor.
Following the guys suggestions above, you might want to follow whats being shown the most after you run the feed , and then just run those offers yourself with your own pop under script.
with 1M + a month you are definitely going to add some $$ to your bottom line.
 
I started out as an adult webmaster back in the old days ( talking late 90's ) doing TGP's, MGPs, LinkLists, AVG sites, etc.

Things might be diff now, but I had to dump that shit and go mainstream. I know that's not an option for you but that traffic WAS WAY TOO HARD to convert for me back then.

@miketpowell - you doing any adult? If you are you should have mentioned something at a4dmeetup!

I agree with you. Its hard to convert the horny bastards. But as they say it should be profitable because the big tube sites wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't.

AVS sites I think are dead...TGP and MPG a waste of traffic and bandwith now. Even big porn companies are doing Tubes to get sales and traffic...

It's tons of traffic and easy to get. thats why its hard to convert.
 
Been there done that

I also tried to do some advertising on some adult sites through Adbrite but it left me :angryfire:. I spent alot of money on banner advertising and I got a host of clicks but not conversions. I gave up on it. I gave it about 2 weeks and shut it down. I have not done it since and has since put my time elsewhere. I don't think it is a bad idea but it would better if we had a way to get paid from someone just click on certain links that appeal to certain people. Let me know if you find a different way to do it and I will do the same,
