there is a large pool of 3k domains and you get your posts on random 1k from them. None can guarantee you all posts on different 1k domains but normally most of the posts goes on unique domains only.

Received my report for package 1 in like record time. < 30minutes. All sites are the PR advertised, and looking at the post frequency should be on the homepage for a decent amount of time - perfect.

For $10, there's really not much else to say. This guy proved he had quality sites to me, he has a fast turnaround. If you want some High PR links, you can't grumble at the low $10 price tag.
