I have only been in the internet space for 3 months and my job is Biz dev at a CPA network. I can bring in deals better than convince my AM's to get traffic to them. What should I do?

If it was me I'd be focusing on getting testing budget and learn social or pops so you could pitch your deals to the AMs with solid numbers and hopefully some ads and landers to start from.
