I've changed my passwords, uploading with FileZilla again, so far everything is ok.

I remember the first time this happend I changed FTP clients a few times and it still happened (unless I changed passwords and didn't upload at all). So a different FTP client will not help you out.

Use SFTP, that's what I'm doing now with no problems so far.
