I have just placed an order for the "Boxer" package. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be a good start. I had to send Paypal payment to one email address, send the URL and keywords to another email address, and post on this thread before the order can be started.
This in no way reflects the quality of the work, but just sharing that the starting process is more complicated than the other sellers on WF (where you pay and the order gets worked on immediately).

We sincerely apologize if you had been troubled but we have a process. However, we have to work according to that process.
Usually the process is when you click at the ‘BUY NOW’ button it directs you to the form, and when you fill the form you are re-directed to the PayPal form. We have given you discounted price that is why you felt these issues. We do not feel there is a problem in paying to a different id and sending details to another one, however if you got troubled we apologize for that.
We have replied you for all of your emails within few minutes, and we think that is good communication, even then if you are confused or troubled on something you can feel free to contact us.
