I have harvested and put together a high quality blog list.

Features:
-139 unique domains +33 non-unique
-Pages contains mainly .coms
-All dofollow pages and auto-approved
-PR resides within the inner-page where your comment will be placed and not the homepage
-Requires registrations and some non-registrations
-Low outbound-links with majority around 10-20 and nearly under 50

List Contains:

03 - PR6
10 - PR5
65 - PR4
94 - PR3

When was the last time you tested the list?
I have tried out some lists recently where a high percentage of the blogs had stopped accepting new comments. Bit annoying going through a large list when loads of them are not working anymore.

I have put this list together throughout 2 weeks and have posted on almost all of them so I know they work. Everything was double check before this thread was posted.

Let me know if you are interested on purchasing a copy.

just checked the list

almost all of these are not for scrapebox, around 1/8th are closed for comments

but overall, the pr is there, obl are few on half of these. Pretty good list.

Just have to remove the closed comments....
 
REVIEW

The OP was kind enough to let me have a free review of the list. This LIST IS PURE GOLD!! I was able to find at least 70 unique domains with low OBL (<60) some pages had only 2-3 comments and you could post your links in the comment too! I'm sure you can get plenty of unspammed pages on the other domains as well! Overall, this list is quality. The PR of all urls is exactly as advertised with the exception of one PR N/A, but that's okay because it is not uncommon for 1-2 bad urls to slip through the net. As another guy up mentioned some urls have comments disabled/closed but the other sites are good enough to make up for them

Very good value for $15. I just hope the OP doesn't sell too many copies

My apologies to telly. This review is long overdo. I have been busy. I only had a chance to review another list dofollow from another seller yesterday. Unfortunately that other sellers list was very poor and bad enough that I would not even post my links on it. Telly's list is simply amazingly clean. Very advanced search queries being used to find such high PR with few outbound links. A linkbuilder can tell because you can see that all the other links on there are not spammers. PR hasn't updated in 6 months. So these high PR 5-PR6 links telly has on the list is pretty worth it 6 months still clean! Grab it while it's hot. I will get some links for my Private blog network. Thanks telly.
