Speed 5/5 I got the list in an hour after sending my email, very fast.

Communication 5/5 No problems here.. I just needed to send my email and I got the list.

Quality: 5/5 As advertised, overall over 1,700 links from 20+ domains. Each link also has the number of OBL beside them so that is a nice plus.

Overall: 4,7/5 If you are using blog comments in your SEO arsenal then this will be a good list for you to.
