15 Minutes A Day

I like this idea as well. It seems as if my brain gets cluttered with the loads of information that I take in every day, and I'm the kind of person that likes to sit and think, probably a little too much, and to try and make connections between everything.

Anyway, actions speak louder than words, so I have spent the last two days trying out this exercise, and already my thoughts have began to become a little clearer. It's as if by typing them out I'm able to better analyze my thoughts, and solve issues with less friction. This might have something to do with there being a visual aspect (the writing) to accompany your thoughts.

Oh and I guess I have taken this step further and use a speech to text software. Fun stuff.

To take this a step further: If anyone is interested into memory training or mindmapping hit me up on skype.

glad to hear you're enjoying it so far. How do you like doing it with speech to text versus typing? I haven't tried it yet but have discussed doing it with a few different people.

Just finished my third writing using speech to text, and I do like it. The only thing is that I don't have anything to compare it to, so I think what I'll do is type out my next writings for the next few days and see how I feel about both methods.

Been wanting to do this ever since i broke up with my last girl which cost me kinda a lot emotionally before and after the break up. Before because i knew it wasnt going anywhere and after cause she was something else as a person but not a good fit for me

I also had some meltdowns in biz i needed to write them down

I came upon dayoneapp.com and i got that on my mac and iphone. I also lock it with a password.

I find it a lot easier to write and i feel better writing personal stuff since its on my computer

Have a look
