What I need from you:
1. URL
2. Title: Up to 3 can be used and randomized (note: some sites don't allow dupe titles, you can provide an alternative title to be used if this happens or leave it up to us to add details to it. Just make a not of this on your order)
3. Description: Please don't go over 200 characters
4. Tags: 10 can be used here
5. Email address for your detailed report to be sent.
