Review:

Turnaround was as promised. The amount ordered was 100, the amount on the spreadsheet was 103 and the actual amount of approved bookmarks were less than 80. After running the 103 domains through an IP checker I'm seeing 52 unique C class IPs.

It's important to note half the submissios are to common bookmarking sites like diigo, fark, delicious, etc while the other half are coming from a network of sites that appear to share the same C class IP and are powered by the same software (ie easily identifiable footprint).

Since the OP is offering submission services, I feel the final amount of live bookmarks is acceptable. I do feel the details of the submissions should have been clarified. Overall I am not unhappy, but I doubt I would utilize this service again.
