Can confirm that the yogurt+nuts/seeds LCHF ("low" carb) meal keeps you full for a really long time. I mean, it better - if you use a cup of whole fat greek yogurt it's in the 650-750+ calories neighborhood!
Definitely enjoy it though and it's serving a good purpose in readjusting my palette to more natural levels of sweetness in food.
