Dude - the name Modern Style Theme is in the footer with a link.

You can also view source on any web page and if it's a WP theme, you can usually find out the name from the links.

Most of the time theme name and URL are listed in the style.css file. But ya, this time it's too obvious. It's right in the footer.

It's built into Wordpress buddy. In the admin panel click Widgets. While you're there look around.
