I just signed up a few days ago and I like the service. Is there any way to incorporate a ping service into this tool that would ping all created profiles? I think the packages could sell for even more if there was a ping tool incorporated as I see this next step being just as valuable as the actual creation of the profile. Maybe something to think about for the future.
Very sorry about this. We're working to get this under control by beefing up our hosting. It may take a couple more days, but we are definitely on it.
If you need to contact us, our support email used for all correspondence is @gmail, so you can contact support about server issues that way even if our site is unreachable. Please read the OP before purchasing, as it clearly explains what this service is, and what it costs and on what payment model. Informed customers are happy customers.

Is the website going to be completely down for the next few days until you get your new hosting set up?
For some reason I haven't been able to access the site for the past 24 hours. It was working yesterday for me and I got a blast set up but all day today I haven't been able to pull the site up, and I haven't had any trouble with any other sites.
I've been in there off and on since this afternoon. Maybe your browser is serving you a cached version from when it was down?
I just signed up due to all the hype on the forum about your services. I bought your $99/month subscription because quite frankly the other two packages are too expensive for my taste (speaking of cost per link here). I've done a lot of Xrumer blasts in my time, so we'll soon see if I'm able to give this service a passing grade. 
I will update with results. At the moment my site just got pulled back a couple pages for ALL my keyphrases so I need some more links to blast it free of Google's vice-grip. I guess building up 325k links over a months time was enough to make my 6 month old site get pulled back a bit. LOL. Oh well. Throwing more links at it should help. The absolute worst thing I could do is stop linkbuilding because it will look VERY suspicious to Google.
Okay...a little background about what I'm going to be using this service for. My site is 6 months old now and I've been blasting the shit out of it for the past month or so. I resided on page 29 for my main keyphrase, then I did a huge Xrumer blast and I got onto page 2. My main keyphrase has about 72,000,000 results and about 4,000,000 exact. This means that this is a VERY competitive keyphrase to rank for. Just a few hours ago I was pulled back to page 4 for my main keyphrase.
In addition to my main keyphrase, I'm also targeting much lower competition keyphrases. ALL of my keyphrases including my main keyphrase and secondary keyphrases have dropped in the SERPS. I'm not on page 1 for anything anymore except for a few keyphrases that have really pathetic competition (50k non exact). But so long as I keep linkbuilding I should be okay. If I stopped cold turkey right now it would probably take a month or two to get out of the little rut Google has put me into. Hopefully I'll be able to blast out of that rut within a week or so since I ordered this blast. I'm sick of obsessing about my site and I'm glad that I can put something like this on autopilot. That's the main reason why I decided to purchase this.
Oh, and I should mention that I've pinged ALL my backlinks and I intend to ping all the links I get from this service as well. You shouldn't worry about building links too fast. It' just a myth. Sure your site get slapped for a short period of time, but it comes back soon enough and you're stronger than ever. I'd be willing to bet that when I come back that I'll be within the top 5 for my main keyphrase.

It's not the chache. I'm not sure what it is. I've tried all 3 of my browsers at various times throughout the day and it hasn't worked for almost 2 days.
It worked the first day I subscibed and I got one blast running, but that's all I've been able to do.
I'd wanna say it's a simple mistake on my end but it's weird that all 3 browsers wouldn't be able to connect, not just the primary one.
...I'll stop posting about this problem here and pm guerrilla.

I will. And I'm sure I'll come back really strong. My competition is super tough, but I'm sure I can beat 'em.
Okay, now as for my first review of this service. I ordered the $99/month package so I should have gotten 2k links per day. My site was blasted to exactly 2,214 sites. Unfortunately only 1,543 actually showed up. That's only 76% of the links I ordered. They may be behind login screens or whatever, but I'm submitting all the sites that failed to show up in ScrapeBox to the blacklist. Hopefully tomorrows blast will be better. Over delivery is nice but it's kinda useless if you still don't get what you paid for in the end. And I checked these links two hours after I got the report so it's not like the forum admin's deleted them or anything. I'm not going to say the service doesn't pass my tests because I need to test it out for a full month at least and average stuff out. But I gotta say, if this 76% stuff keeps up I'm not going to be happy. It's okay if your success rate is that low, but if that's the case you need to over deliver by a MINIMUM of 20% just to make sure your clients get what they ordered.
I'm pinging the profiles now. It's taking quite a long time. I need some better proxies.
EDIT: Oh and I wanted to ask. Do you plan on implementing a pinging system anytime soon? It's really a pain to have to ping these myself.
