Facebook sues Teachbook for using 'book' in its name - Aug. 26, 2010

Facebook is suing start-up site Teachbook.com for using the word "book" in its name, according to court documents.

The complaint, filed in a California district court last Wednesday, alleges that Teachbook is "rid[ing] on the coattails of the fame and enormous goodwill of the Facebook trademark," said the document obtained by Wired.com.

interesting, hadn't seen that.

So, since no one reigns king forever, anyone have theories of what will be the next big thing? Ya, that opens the topic for a lot of stupid answers.

But considering where mobile is, and how the real time web is evolving, it isn't all that long before something new becomes available.

It wasn't that long ago that MySpace was on top. Unlike Google, which has search just about locked up with better indexing and faster updates, its possible that FB could be dethroned at some point.
