Thanks Erect for this step towards WF's marketplace (special thanks to Zingo for opening this thread). I got a profit of 200% within 24 hours after around 60 shitty members were banned from BTS. I will be contributing a lot more to this thread and hope to make WF a better marketplace. I love this thread. Kicking some noob's ass has not been so awesome before.

That is the point jr sci ,,keep the shit out and make it quality stuff only like yours..

I am making this my part time hobby.. they dont stand a chance.

I know a excellent provider that no longer comes here because this shit started with the spammers.. we dont want that.

This is just like anything else, the more you do the better and faster you become at it ;)

Please remember, this thread is not so people can make more money by eliminating competition.

This thread is about making the marketplace better for buyers and sellers, which means better competition for you because the other guys offering similar services will also see good results and buyers will be rewarded with more high quality choices.

Let the customers report people to erect, vendors like us should focus on providing the best possible service to our own clients in order to maintain our reputations.

Yeah, that's the odd part. According to some threads she has delivered to a lot of other members. She claimed that the reason for the poor service was due to her being on the road at the time. But their is a difference between poor service and no service. Nothing was delivered.

It's not a lot of money at all but she refuses to answer PM's or simply refund the money.

That really sucks, but IMO, individual issues should be sent in by reporting the post or PMing a mod. I think that this thread should be reserved for reporting people that are violating the rules (and for discussing the status of the BST).

Opinions?

wheinrome.. I see you posted in her thread that is about all you can do she is pretty much shut down until she resolves the issue(no one will deal with her). Then if she resolves issue post up in her thread she made good.

If you see her post a new thread for more services post in here and let erect check it out..

I have found when they start this about 9/10 they go away for ever and you never see funds back except Paypal should give it back most of the time.

Leave the dispute open in Paypal, if it was for articles you should get your funds back if your worded it right.

She logged in back on the 20th so she is lurking.

I disagree, for example in the content section, the Native English writers who actually spend decent time on their work, already earn a low enough amount. I personally normally earn around $2 an article writing articles. A fee would just exclude people from myself, who wouldn't be able to afford it, and would let in all the people who outsource to Indians, and really can. Adding a fee would be counterproductive, imo.

I disagree, mainly because if you did that, who would choose to buy from the lower level BST? Who wants to buy stuff where it isn't guaranteed they'll even get it, or that it'll be good?

Personally, I feel that that would just form a sort of "clique" of the established sellers, and all the newer ones would be left in the dust. (unless of course they just basically paid for access, by bumping up their itrader by buying cheap products)


Personally, I feel that we should just close registration for a bit, make it invite only. That'd get rid of the flux of DP members, and make it easier to keep them away once they're banned.

But seriously - this is a good idea, but should only be done unannounced. If it is announced, people will make 10+ accounts each and sell them, just like they do with Vault invites.

Only Senior Member and above with REP should be able to invite.

This would also stop the Xrumer spammers peddling their Credit Cards and phones.

As great as this would be for the BST, remember that this is a forum. I'm sure Jon wants it to continue growing and making him money. Closing registration isn't something a popular forum's owner wants to do.

Let's just keep policing and it'll all be ok.

Well, I don't know, it'd help him as it gets people talking, also it makes this forum look like the creme de la creme: With anything, many people aren't bothered about having it. But take it away from them, they'll want it more than anything. http://changingminds.org/principles/scarcity.htm

Also making the invites quite common, but not too common, means people would be more careful not to spam, and to read the rules, so they don't lose their account.
