one time, I shattered my nose and that gave me two black eyes for a few weeks. The next weekend, I went to a party, and one of my dumb but hot friends came up to me and said "are you ok? you look really tired!"
I replied "what are you talking about?"
"those dark bags under your eyes!"
"oh these? those are black eyes"
"oh my god! how did you get them!?"
"I stepped on a rake"
"Like in the cartoons??? no way! I'm so sorry!"
I shit you not. One of the funniest exchanges I ever had in my life. This post reminded me of that in a way.

If she actually looks like that who cares? Yeah..she is an idiot but I bet you she will never have a problem getting by one way or the other.
This. Dumb and hot seems to be okay. Dumb and ugly...not so much. Although here's hoping it's not falling apart too badly at 35.
