I am seeing so many of these fake news type of landing pages

is there a template I can buy ? Is this legal ? I lol'd at "comment closed due to spam" at the way bottom on the page.

this is very creative.

just copy a template of a reputable news website, change a few stuff and voila!

credible looking article for your product
 
would there be any copyright issues ? also its pretty obvious those comments are produced by the affiliate marketer.
 
it is the standard advertorial site...nothing too crazy and about 50395058304530530 of them on the interweb. grab yourself a news#live/report/tonight/blahblahblah and grab the site from that url, replace content, and bam!....you are an investigatory journalist!

could you elaborate ? I am just trying to be cautious as to not violate any copyright laws or rules. Did you mean that one can take a news article from a news site and stick that into my very own "news" template site like that one ?

copyright laws? its a fake news website with a fake article. I'd post 50 of the same page but it is not cool to put up other peoples pages on here.

just go onto yahoo and search for acai and you will see what I mean.
 
Be careful with the pic of this woman (Melissa Theuriau).
In France, law protects your rights with your pictures, it's not like in USA.
She can sue you (and she already did for some Acai LPs) and she will win.

copyright? dude, if you use the internet at all, you'd know that the only thing that changes between this landing page is the affiliate link.

even if someone did give a shit, you can't pursue legal action when you already make a false affiliation between ABC, Fox News, CNN, USA Today, Eyeball Logo, Consumer Reports <==> Acai Optimum.
