I am all for the ferret 50 but seriously us it on something better than a stupid ipad or iphone... seriously... a 50 cal will go through 3 men at 800 metres... longest kilshot from a 50 cal was 3,000 metres in afghanistan earlier this year... it went through 2 targets... and these goofs wonder if it would go through an icrap...

They already know obviously, just other people would flock to see it, like that "Will it blend guy"

I think you mean Barrett not ferret.

The current record was set in last November by a British soldier using a .338, not a 50 cal, at 2,700 meters, and he took two shots to drop two enemy.

The previous records were held by two Canadians and prior to that it was Hathcock in Vietnam.

I just want to point out the shooter is a jack ass for not removing the magazine and clearing the rifle before letting people go down range.

his 2nd shot should of looked liked this after he saw the results from the 1st...

Wow this is fucking retarded. The whole thing with the blendtech is that they are selling the blenders. These idiots are just shooting expensive stuff for no reason. We all know what would happen if you shoot a phone with a gun, some people would at least be curious about a blender.

dude first up there was reports floating around in may 2010 from routers stating a member of the US army had done a confirmed kill shot at 3,000 m in iraq... second of all I did mean Ferret 50 - Ferret50.com, home of the Ferret50 50BMG rifle conversion for the AR-15

none the less whether it is 2700 m or 3000 m it is more of a challenge than a iphone... anywho...

Ferret 50.... LOL! Thanks for helping me get one laugh out of this thread. I pity the fool that doesn't cough up an extra 1-2K for the name brand rifle.

As for that video, I honestly feel like someone owes me 2 minutes of my life back. Particularly the guy his is in the opening shot... I mean, I like guns. I own guns. But that wasn't hardly interesting...

He should have did something gangsta, like using 4-5 iphones as discs and blasting them with an auto glock in mid air. Or even setting up a few ounces of perchlorate/aluminum mix to disintegrate that pos.
