I know mont7071 isn't taking questions any more but just in case anyone else here knows - what are the potential consequences of spamming blog comments or forum posts with scrapebox or xrumer? Has anyone ever been fined or even got jail time for it?

I have a few more questions about using DBAs ...

1) Let's say I don't want to register a DBA for any of my websites until after I'm sure they're profitable. I register a domain under my main LLC and then boom it starts making money. What would I have to do to re-assign those websites to my new DBA? Is this a bad idea in the first place? I just do it this way because 99.9% of my ideas suck ass.

2) Does my new DBA need to have optional provisions different from my main LLC's?

Do you have any pointers on crafting optional provisions for an IM LLC?
