exchange program, missionary, peace corps, military aside

up and leaving your country of origin by yourself, for a long period of time kind of weird.

going to a new place for a few months, change of scenery, nothing wrong with that.

I don't know man, maybe a lot of you guys come from broken families, and have shitty home lives. I just find it weird.

if you go somewhere to stay fall in love with a girl, that's a different story. To go somewhere and stalk people makes you a social misfit.

If you live in a country aside from the USA , I could understanding why you would have trouble with the statement.

That's just my opinion

Sigh..

It is surprising what you learn when you LIVE in a different country for an extended period. Vacationing is fun but hardly a cultural experience.

I never knew that people who want to learn more about other cultures are all from broken homes.

I don't know man, I've know Justin for a long ass time (8-9 years now? It was junior high at least), and if you think he's an arrogant asshole, you obviously don't know the guy. He's quieter than most, probably, but he's also one of the funniest fuckers I've ever met. Then again, me and Justin have that special kind of relationship that two men share behind bathroom doors at bars in the woods. The kind that makes my girlfriend monitor my texts and calls when he's back in the states.

Seems like people that hate on him do it because he didn't want to be their friend or they don't like how he makes his money. If you're so upset that he didn't want to talk to, sounds like you really need to grow a pair and get over it. Running to the internet to get some self-esteem because some random person blew you off is kinda pathetic.

I never hated on him or expressed any interest in speaking to him, I think he seems strange. I think you seem like you want to suck his cock. These are just my opinions.

Was there a glory hole behind said bathroom doors?

I've personally never been to a meetup before so I'm curious. When all you fools that start drama actually see each other after a flamewar online, what the fuck happens? Any tension or bows getting thrown? Ever? Or is it pretty much the expected pussying out and avoiding eachother

it's serious shit, people do get fucked up.

People actually meet up at affiliate conferences and physically attack people due to a few sentences they wrote on an internet forum?

That's some faggot shit and I think if you took a step back and looked at this properly you would see that.

It's kind of pussy shit when you put it that way. But these little sentences on the internet are a major form of communication within the community and if someone goes on here to publicly flame, humiliate, and discredit you with every intention of destroying your reputation, it's personal. It can make a few sentences on the internet go a long way.

Say Webwonder randomly meets one of the guys here that's calling him out. "Hey man! I'm Webwonder, you know, the guy that called you a drunk nobody on the forums last week! How are you? Nice to meet yoU!" No, if it were me in that situation, that would lead to me confronting him and when alcohol is involved confrontation is not far away from getting physical. That's why I'm asking, because with all the drama going on WF lately, there's no doubt that there are hard feelings and I can easily see a real life confrontation.
